We are happy to work with clients on a month-to-month or retainer basis. All hourly work must be agreed to before the contract begins and at least 30-days written notice is required. Retainers may be set for 12-month or ongoing basis. All terms will be decided on a client-by-client basis depending on your needs and budget.

Absolutely! You can even switch out services on a month-to-month basis, as long as longer delivery time isn’t required to meet your request. We may also be able to accommodate additional services not listed on our website!

We prefer semi-monthly or monthly payments for all contracts, regardless of service type. We are more than willing to work with your accounting team to make it easier on everyone.

Yes — for retainer contracts, we require a 30-day notice before cancellation. If you choose to end a retainer early, a 25% early termination fee applies for each remaining month of your contract term (e.g., a $1,000/month retainer would have a $250/month remaining fee). This helps cover the advance work, planning, and resources we dedicate to your account.

We also offer a month-to-month option for clients who prefer more flexibility. Month-to-month agreements are non-refundable but can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

For all retainers, we provide a 30-day grace period at the start of your agreement—giving you time to ensure the arrangement is a great fit.

A minimum administrative fee of $500 applies to all new contracts. Not all contracts are created equally, so this helps us get things off on the right foot. Fees will be listed clearly in the final proposal for clear transparency. (We’re not a big fan of hidden fees.)
